The T220 is a compact high-voltage impulse generator. Unlike avalanche-transistor based pulsers, the T220 is capable of repetition rates in the hundreds of kilohertz and is not easily damaged by load mismatches or arc-overs.

Typical pulse width 3.5 ns FWHM (2 KV pulse into 5 pF load)

Up to 2000 volt negative pulse into 5 pF load, 1000 volts into 50 ohms

Pulse rate up to 100 KHz air cooled, 500 KHz with water cooling.

TTL trigger, status indicator, and pulse monitors provided.

Available as full power supply/head/cooling systems (T220-series) or as pulser head alone (model T222)
