The T320 is a PCI-format histogram memory module intended for use in photon-counting and 2-D spectroscopic applications. The T320 is especially suited to use with Highland's fast time-to-digital converters for imaging delay-line type photon, x-ray, and particle detectors. |

The module includes 16 MBytes of fast dynamic RAM, partitioned into two banks, each 2Kx2K 16-bit 'pixels'. 22-bit binary data is accepted at the histogram input data connector and, at each accepted event, one selected 16-bit memory location is incremented. |

- 33 MHz PCI plugin module with 32-bit block transfer capability
- Provides two banks of 2Kx2Kx16-bit image memory to permit lossless/overlapped acquisition and readout.
- 22-bit (11 bit X, 11 bit Y) TTL event input with FIFO; other configurations are available.
- Multiport DRAM histogram memory is fully readable/writable from the PCI bus and supports concurrent histogram/PCI access, instantaneous bank switching, and read-and-clear block transfers.
- Rollover, clamp-at-65535, and stop-on-overflow modes.
- Input simulation logic is provided to aid testing and software development.
