The T860 is a compact standalone logic buffer. It incorporates a differential-input comparator and an output driver stage which has adjustable low and high levels and 50 ohm output impedance. Vlow is adjustable from -4 to +4 volts (-2 to +2 into 50 ohms) and Vhigh can be set from -3.5 to +5.2 (-1.75 to 2.6 into 50 ohms.)
The T860 can source up to 100 mA while maintaining an excellent 50 ohm source termination, making it suitable for driving fets, lasers, or other unmatched loads.
